We caught them, Theo cut them open, and dressed them with olive oil and lemon. They opened up a bottle of ouzo, which went *perfectly* with the clean, pure, seafood taste.
When Halane, who is several months pregnant, voiced concern over eating raw fish, Theo promptly corrected her: “it’s not fish, it’s sea food!”
Problem solved.

Really?
I ate Sea Urchin in Japan, and it was one of the most disgusting things I’d ever put in my mouth… and that’s saying something for me!
It tasted like globby snot infused with gravel!

To be quite honest, it would probably be a more agreeable experience if one tucked into an urchin from a Charles Dickens novel…
