Via Matt’s site comes word of this Blogumentary—a documentary video about weblogs.
Now, I’m not going to blanket condemn the thing, ‘cause I haven’t seen it, but that is a challenging topic to say the least. I mean, it’s a movie about websites.
So I clicked on over to the trailer, and when the filmmaker is interviewing “the street” about whether or not they’ve heard of blogs, I was thrilled to see my buddy Coleman give his opinion:
“It’s what I left in the toilet this morning.”
Classic. And I can just about assure you that Coleman still doesn’t know what is a blog or remember that there was some guy on the street asking him about it.

That was the trailer? It felt like I just watched the whole thing.
Ahh, good ol’ Coleman. That was hilarious.
Did I mention I have a blog…

Awesome, you know that guy?! After that he says, “big brown and bloody… you know what i mean?”
That ‘trailer’ is actually a very early cut of the film, and it’s quite terrible. The film is much better now, I assure you. It premiered to a full house here in Mpls last week and hopefully will be hitting the festival circuit.
(the secret: blogs are people.)
