Wow! That was easy. I was able to change my scripting language and output of MT with minimal fuss. Probably the best part was that I was able to put in a quick .htaccess file that automatically fixed Google. By that, I mean to say that links to my old files should now result in the new files being served up by the server. For those who are interested, the .htaccess file looks like this:
