Everybody wish me luck: I’m about to attempt to leverage us to the hilt in order to begin the next phase of my real estate Empire. If all of the very disparate elements fall into place, which is a long shot, we’ll be extending the empire in a big way, well, big for our scale anyway.
I have mixed feelings about it. Even though I’ve been a landlord for over three years, I still can’t help but to repeatedly remind myself that landlords are always the first to go in any revolution.

Oh I don’t know. I think in the next revolution the journalists will be the first up against the wall. I can hope it at least.
