Yet another round of lets bash the US

“As part of a unique BBC-led global debate about the USA’s place in the world, we want you to nominate your greatest American ever.”

According to CNN this morning, Homer Simpson has been nominated. I grow weary of the endless insults.

I’ve started a drive to name the Rev. Howard Finster as the greatest American.

You’re late, the record is already over.

The short list of ten was published Wednesday; feel free to vote from among these ten.

    Bill Clinton
    Bob Dylan
    Benjamin Franklin
    Thomas Jefferson
    Martin Luther King Jnr
    Abraham Lincoln
    Franklin D Roosevelt
    Homer Simpson
    Mr T
    George Washington

I endorse Mr T: Who else you gonna pick, fool?

Bill Clinton, the best American ever?!?!? Oh, THAT says a lot about our country.

Actually, it says a lot about what people think of us. Of course Euros are also big fans of whatshisface from Knight Rider.
