Since everybody does these Friday Five things, I thought I’d do one too. But I don’t know how to find out the topic, so I’m going to list my five favorite foods:
- Rice
- Sauce
- Dumplings
- Boudin from Boudin King, Jennings, Louisiana (say it “boo-dan”)
- Tortillas from La Casita, Colorado Springs, Colorado
Honorable mention goes to innumerable little delights I’ve had both at home growing up and in my various travels.
