So Roger Moore may be a trooper:
“Towards the end of act two at the matinee today, Roger Moore fainted on stage. After a break of about 10 minutes, the show continued and Mr. Moore finished the performance. After the show, he went to be checked out by doctors,” said a statement released by the theater.
But when I think of that smarmy, smart-ass expression he held his face in for 90% of his on-screen time in all of those Bond movies, I still want to slap the taste out of his mouth.
I hope he gets better, though. I liked Octopussy and Moonraker when I was a kid.

He had a few fine moments as Bond, notably in A View to A Kill, he busts up some baddies with a shotgun, plays smashy with a window, and the first thing he does after the action is straighten out his shirt cuffs, all smooth like.
