My groovy friend Tripp sent me a link to this blog entry and it made me think. This guy has a point. By interfering with our military action, would those human shields be guilty of treason? I am inclined to think so. But I am no expert,,

I don’t know how all of the laws are spelled out, but I’m I’m guessing that the U.S. would not be able to get a treason conviction on these people during an undeclared war action. If war is declared, it’s probably a different story.

But, if they are traitors, then they aren’t very good martyrs are they? Or maybe no one will care.
