Today we (Scott B., Chris and I) were on a call puzzling through some mundane and annoying SiteMinder/iPlanet issues. It’s the kind of work nobody wants to do: looking through log files for shreds of evidence and combing through configuration files. We all have mountains of work piling up, with serious consequences and pressure and deadlines and everything that goes with mult-million dollar, behind-schedule, multi-vendor, high-availabilty, ass-on-the-line, Fortune 100, J2EE application development projects.

Basically, it sucked.

Scott, the guy on the right, told me he was sending me a work order, which caused me to internally roll my eyes as I just really didn’t want another thing to do.

The above photo was my work order. It made me smile and was just what I needed to blow off just a tiny bit of steam.
