Detroit/Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor trip was a great time. We managed to eat some amazing Middle Eastern food (Detroit has the highest Arab population of any U.S. city, I believe), visit with some ofmy wife’s family and witness a supreme rock spectacle.
Christ Puncher, from Ypsilanti, rocked the Blind Pig like a hurricane—truly an event one needs to witness rather than read about. Basically, it was like getting to see elite class heavy metal in a small club. The Nepali drummer was a nice touch and a manimal behind the kit as well.
Henrietta Fahrenheit is a fun boutique in downtown Ypsilanti. The rennovations and interior design are impeccable.
