Unbelievable.

Apparently our buddy Luke, the national pipe bomb punk rocker, was going to trace the shape of a smiley face on the map of the U.S. with his pipe bombs.

This kid is obviously going through a psychotic episode, and we shouldn’t cheapen the fact that a few people were injured and many more freightened, but how sweet of a plan is that? I mean, forget his terrible grunge music, and his rambling manifestos that are not so much anti-government as the media claims, but more, um, loopy, and his terribly cheesy band Apathy’s web page, featuring this rocking photo:

But let’s never forget that Luke was going to brighten the world a little bit with his smile.
