I am so excited to fix Thanksgiving dinner that I can hardly stand it. I’ve become somewhat legendary for my gravy, which my mother and grandmother taught me how to make. My mom’s grave is better than mine for a lot of reasons, but mine satisfies a little more as it is a much higher fat version, if you can believe that.
